388th Commander Promoted

On 16 July, at a regularly scheduled Monday meeting of cadets of the 388 Glendale Composite Squadron of the Arizona Civil Air Patrol, Major Ken Mann, 388 Glendale Composite Squadron Commander, was promoted to Lt Col. Making the presentation was Col Martha Morris, Arizona Wing Commander and Lt Col Paul Rehman, Arizona Vice Wing Commander. Lt Col Mann was presented with a certificate of appointment along with two pair of Lt Col epaulets. Lt Col Mann has served as squadron commander since April of 2016.
