On 28 January 2019, the 388th conducted Awards and Promotions Ceremony.  The Following Cadets were promoted to Cadet Airman First Class:  Julian O'Connor and Blaize Parsons.   The following Awards were Presented:  Red Service Ribbon, Cadet Technical Sergeant Elijah Bustamante and Three Cadets received Certificates for First Flight, Cadet Airman Thompson, Cadet Airman Horn, and Cadet Airman Mop.
